Studio Policies To provide a seamless, elevated experience for every guest, the following policies are in place. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these guidelines. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. As a courtesy, appointment confirmations are sent 72 hours in advance, with reminders sent 24 hours prior via email and text. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the reserved service. Appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service. Reservations & Card on File A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment and will be kept on file in accordance with the policies outlined above. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is extended to allow for unforeseen delays. If you anticipate arriving later than 15 minutes, please reach out as soon as possible. While every effort will be made to accommodate you, services may need to be rescheduled based on availability. Studio Environment To maintain a calm, relaxing, and distraction-free environment for all guests, the studio is reserved exclusively for scheduled clients. Children and additional guests are not permitted during appointments. This policy allows each guest to fully relax and ensures services can be performed safely and without interruption.
